Bengali: URC, Fultala, Khulna Primary School was established in 2005 to improve the quality of teachers. Here various types of training including thematic are provided. Subject based Bangla training lasts for 6 days. The main training schedules are language skills, curriculum, textbook review, teaching-learning methods and techniques, assessment techniques, teaching ability, lesson planning, etc.
English: Upazila Resource Center, Fultala, Khulna conducts various activities for 6 days in thematic English training. Such as: Nature of Language Learning, Thematic Qualifications, CLT, IPT & MWTL, Classroom Management Classroom Language, Vocabulary, Grammar Learning, Language Skills Development, Curriculum Development, MCQ & CRQ Question Paper Development and Teacher Professional Skills Development etc.
Mathematics: Upazila Resource Center, Fultala, Khulna conducts various activities for 6 days in thematic mathematics training. Such as: local values, addition and subtraction by hand, addition and subtraction of common fractions, multiplication and division of common fractions, addition and subtraction of decimal fractions, solving mathematical problems, G.S.G. and L.S. Gu, Measurement and Practice Lessons, Plane Drawing: Triangles, Quadrilaterals and Circles, Geometry: Solids and Solids Net, Use of Graphs, Qualification Based Proofing etc.
Science: Upazila Resource Center, Fultala, Khulna conducts various activities for 6 days in the basic science training.
Such as: Horizontal and vertical layout of qualifications suitable for class-based achievement, introduction to elementary science learning materials (teacher version and teacher's guide), research-based science learning, science processing skills, science teaching advice, lesson plan formulation and presentation, various uses of electricity, plants and Animals, weather and climate, various motions of the earth, technology, information and communication technology, qualification based assessment strategies, etc. are discussed.
Bangladesh and World Identity: Upazila Resource Center, Fultala, Khulna conducts various activities for 6 days in Bangladesh and World Identity training.
Such as: - Classification Achievement Suitable Qualities, Teaching Material Review, Teaching Methods and Strategies, Selection and Practice of Teaching Teaching Methods and Strategies, Use of Different Theories and Approaches to Teaching, Identifying, Preparing, Using Related Teaching Materials And preservation, identification of ICT usable materials for teaching learning, creation and use of digital content, formulation of learning outcome-based objective tests,
Lesson plans are made and developed, teaching and learning activities are conducted in the light of the prepared lesson plan, preparation for the teaching and learning activities in the light of the prepared lesson plan, presentation of lessons etc. are discussed.
